Excellent Small Antique Oak Pedestal Desk by Maple & Co London (stamped).  Late Victorian period. It has a fine black tooled leather writing surface inset into the moulded top.  Very good colour and proportions. Each pedestal has three graduated drawers.  There are a further three frieze drawers. Original brass handles and matching set of Hobbs brass lever locks with key. Panelled sides and rear. This antique desk is in the usual pedestal desk configuration of three pieces i.e. two pedestals and the top, for ease of transportation and also sits on wheeled castors.  Superb!
