Fine quality Antique Small Pedestal Desk stamped Heal & Son London.  Dating from the early Edwardian period this small antique pedestal desk has an inverted breakfront design and is made from figured light mahogany. It has a superb green and gilded leather writing surface inset into the moulded top.  Each pedestal has three graduated drawers.  There are a further three frieze drawers. This antique oak pedestal desk has panelled sides and rear.  Twin decorated brass ring handles and original brass lever locks (with key) to all drawers. This pretty antique mahogany desk is in the usual pedestal desk configuration of three pieces i.e. two pedestals and the top, for ease of transportation and also sits on small tapered splayed  legs with a frieze above and to the sides..
