An 11 drawer high quality Antique Small Satinwood Pedestal Desk.  This pedestal desk dates from the Edwardian period and has a relatively rare 11 drawer configuration. Each pedestal has a plinth base and the desk has four drawers to each pedestal with a further three drawers to the frieze.  The sides and rear elevation are panelled and polished.  With brass decorated handles and an embossed and gilded dark blue leather writing surface this is a particularly handsome pedestal desk suitable for a home office, study or work area or indeed a sitting room or hallway given its nice proportions and impressive colouring.
