An interesting Victorian twin pedestal desk made
with Jackwood, a tropical hardwood.
FEATURES

pedestals, with three frieze drawers above
- Dark green leather writing surface inset to
the top
- Blind embossed and gold tooling to the inset leather
- Brass locks throughout
- Ebony lozenge escutcheon to each drawer lock
keyhole
- Wheeled castors recessed to each
pedestal
- Dust corner mouldings to each drawer
interior, with all drawer linings in Jackwood
- Plain rear elevation
- Simple scratchstock moulding to drawers and
kneehole arch.
