A very pretty Antique Victorian Mahogany Writing Table stamped with the mark of the well known firm of Maple & Co.   This antique mahogany writing table can be dated to the late Victorian period and is of excellent quality and proportions.  It comes with original brass handles and wheeled castors. It has very distinctive turned legs and a moulded top with a dark green and gilded leather inset.   With a plain back this table was originally designed to stand against a wall rather than in the centre of a room.
