A fine example of an original Antique Mahogany Writing Table dating from the early Victorian period.  This particular Antique Writing Table has twin drawers with original turned wooden handles and splendid turned and fluted (reeded) legs.  It also has its original brass castors and white porcelain wheels which help to date the table to the early Victorian period.  With a plain polished mahogany top and a small gallery to the rear of the moulded edged top this is a very handsome Antique Mahogany Writing Table that could serve a number of practical purposes.  It could be used as a standalone table in a study, office or hallway or alternatively alongside an Antique Desk of similar age and style giving extra work space.
