A traditional Antique Mahogany Pedestal Desk.  This pedestal desk dates from the late Edwardian period and is of the very popular 5ft by 3ft size   Each pedestal has a plinth base and the desk has the classic nine drawer front elevation.  This particular desk has a double height ledger drawer to the right hand pedestal. With panelled sides and rear, brass swan neck handles and the original dark chestnut embossed "rexine" writing surface this is a particularly handsome pedestal desk suitable for a home office, study or work area or indeed a business looking for a genuine piece of Antique Office Furniture.
