An excellent medium sized Antique Early Victorian Oak Pedestal Desk.  Dating from the earlier part of the Victorian period this fine desk has excellent colour and proportions. It has a replacement waxed green leather writing surface inset into the moulded top and stands on substantial pedestals plinths with rounded corners.  This fine antique pedestal desk has the classic nine drawer front elevation and panelled sides and rear.  Brass castors and wheels for ease of movement. With original turned wooden handles this desk is in the usual pedestal desk configuration of three pieces i.e. two pedestals and the top for ease of transportation.
