A traditional Antique Mahogany Pedestal Desk.  This pedestal desk dates from the Edwardian period and is of the very popular 5ft by 3ft size   Each pedestal has a plinth base and the desk has the classic nine drawer front elevation.  This particular desk has a double height ledger drawer to the right hand pedestal. With panelled sides, brass swan neck handles, original brass castors for ease of movement and an embossed, nicely patinated, green leather writing surface with gilding this is a particularly handsome pedestal desk suitable for a home office, study or work area or indeed a business looking for a genuine piece of Antique Office Furniture.
