A large 18 drawer Antique Edwardian Mahogany Partners Desk, with nine drawer configuration to both front and rear elevations.  This Partners' Desk dates from the Edwardian period, c1910, and is in excellent condition with a dark green and gilded waxed and embossed leather writing surface. The larger proportions of this desk easily allow two persons to work together or one person to have plenty of work space.  Excellent value for such a large desk.

The substantial desk originates from the offices of a major shipping company in Scotland and has lined mahogany drawers with working locks and keys to the front three frieze drawers (the reverse side has plain drawers with no escutcheons. This desk also has original brass swan neck handles and working castors and wheels for ease of movement.

This is a fine example of a larger 18 drawer Large Antique Mahogany Partners Desk and its overall proportions and colour make it an impressive and handsome desk from all angles
