A rare opportunity to acquire an Antique Victorian Mahogany Partners Desk dating from the early part of the Victorian period.  This full Partners Desk is in excellent condition and is a wonderful colour being dark rich figured mahogany.  With practical proportions and 15 square feet of working surface this desk has a classic nine drawer front elevation and a rear elevation with three frieze drawers and two shelved cupboards.  This genuine Antique Victorian Mahogany Partners' Desk has recently had a top quality replacement dark green hide writing surface fitted with gilded embossing.  This desk has provenance to a London Whitehall office showing where it was in use in 1907.  An excellent Partner's Desk for anyone looking for a genuine piece of antique office furniture.

• Traditional nine drawer configuration to the front elevation
• Twin cupboards and three frieze drawers to the rear elevation
• Crossbanded top with top quality replacement hide in dark green with gilded embossing
• Plain polished sides to the pedestals
• Removable central shelves to both cupboards
• Working brass lever locks, with keys to most all drawers and both cupboards
• Original Twin turned wooden knob handles to the drawers, with brass keyhole liners
• Hand-cut dovetail joints and cockbeading to the mahogany lined drawers
• Original wheeled castors recessed to the pedestal plinths
• Label to one inner pedestal drawer, showing Whitehall phone numbers. (Dated 1907)
