An early Victorian (c1850) twin-pedestal Small Mahogany Partners Desk.  It is rare to find such a fine quality full Partners' Desk of these proportions.  This desk has a traditional nine drawer front elevation and three drawers and two shelved cupboards to the rear.  Each of the pedestals of this Partners' Desk have short turned legs with original brass wheeled castors that confirm the early date of this desk.  Attractive brass drop ring handles are a feature of this desk and these complement the rich light mahogany colour. With a quality hide leather writing surface in dark green this Small Mahogany Partners' Desk is a handsome piece of furniture which, given its smaller dimensions is suitable for a wide range of locations in the home or office.
